Unable to visualize the map

Hello Team/friends,

 

I am new to power BI, in the beginning I felt it was tricky and by using it frequently it became much easier and I have done lot of visualization but I am unable to visualize the map, I have checked the maps box in option it did not work and here is the screenshot can someone assist me  on this.

Need Help

      Thanks for the response and helping me on sorting out the issue I have tried accessing the admin portal  I am getting this error
