Unable to view option to display data in month/year etc. in matrix

Hello, trying to learn Power Bi, still new.

 

Having issues with options to view data rolled into month/year from Date/Time data:

I see the days

I have searched a lot of forums with options to select Month/quarters/years, I cannot see that...

No issue has not been resolved, unable to "Import" data as suggested. Spins all day and then getting error message
