Dear Experts,
I have created a Dashboard in Powerbi and Published it. Also I have shared the same with my colleagues to view, but they are unable to view and it is informing to download the pbix file. Post downloading pbix file we need to install powerbi desktop for viewing it.
Ideally once a dashboard is published it should be Visible to viewers without powerbi desktop application.
Kindly guide on same.

Hi @Nevill ,
Please follow these steps:
Method 1, using direct sharing:
Requirements
- Whether you are sharing content within or outside your organization, you need a Power BI Pro or Premium Per User (PPU) license.
- Your recipients also need a Power BI Pro or Premium Per User (PPU) license, unless the content is in Premium capacity.
- If you want to allow recipients to edit shared reports, you must assign users workspace roles that allow editing.
1.Open the dashboard you want to share in power bi service, select the SHARE button above, and enter the email address of the person being shared.
2.The person being shared can see the dashboard in shared with me in browse.

Method 2, create a subscription:
Requirements:
- Power BI Pro or Premium Per User (PPU) license, or
- Access to a workspace supported by Power BI Premium capacity
- Pro or PPU license with participant, member, or administrator role in that workspace. If you can edit reports or dashboards in a workspace, you know that you have a participant, member, or administrator role in that workspace. Learn more about roles in the workspace.
- Become a member of the organization. B2B guest users cannot perform subscriptions to other content. For more information, see B2B guest users can set up and subscribe to email subscriptions.
- If reports or dashboards are not hosted in Premium Capacity (as shown by the diamond icon), you can still subscribe for others. However, they must also have a Power BI Pro or Premium Per User (PPU) license.
1.Open the dashboard you want to share in power bi service and select the subscribe to dashboard button above.
2.Fill in the appropriate fields according to your needs.

Method 3, Create an application:
Requirement:
To use the app, you need to have a Pro or Premium Per User license, or you need to store the app in a Premium Shared Capacity workspace.
1.Click create app in the workspace.
2.Fill in the required content and audience according to your needs.
You can refer to the following link for details:
