Unable to sum a column

Question

Hi Everyone,&nbsp;I'm unable to get a column to produce a total (sum). I noticed the field is set to don't summarize for default summarization, but the sum option is grayed out. I also checked in excel and all my columns are set to the number format and only one specific column is causing the issue.&nbsp;&nbsp;Any guidance?&nbsp;Thanks
