@Hany_Sultan , are you getting this for power bi desktop/ Power bi service or while connecting to a source?

make sure you have access to source and VPN is not blocking that

Hi, my dear. when I open the file  & want to sign in with my Microsoft account. The attached message is appearing.

Note:

* VPN is not blocking that. 

* My laptop is company related. Note, after the sign-in process failed, the file is working good.
