Unable to sign in to Power BI Desktop

At my office I cannot sign into Desktop, but no problem signiing in at home.   I click sign in, enter my email and it just returns to home screen. no error message or anything.

I've checked I'm signed in online and still the same.

Any clues how to get round this as means i have to go home to publish anythnig?

Not exactly sure about the issue. But uninstall desktop and reinstall it.
