Unable to sign in Power Bi Desktop

I couldn't log in my organizational power BI account using power BI Desktop (this is my first time signing in). The error log is as below:

"Sorry we encountered an error while trying to sign you in. Details: An error occured while sending the request"

Does anyone have any idea how to solve this? For more information, I can still log in power BI on web-based platform normally, however, the same thing cannot be done with desktop version.

There are two primary reasons for sign-in trouble: Proxy Authentication errors and Non-HTTPS URL redirect errors.

To determine which problem is causing your sign-in issue, the first step is to contact your administrator and provide diagnostic information so that they can determine the cause of the issue. By tracing issues associated with your sign-in problem, administrators can determine which of the following errors apply to you.
