Hi all, I'm encountering a problem when I'm testing a search bar on my mobile browser (google chrome, firefox, etc), and when I select the search option, my keyboard disappears. I know there is a mobile app but I am considering a scenario where a person wants to check it via a mobile browser. Is there a workaround to this? I attached a youtube link showing the issue I am currently facing.
Hi @Tabular_laurel1 ,
This is probably due to compatibility issues between the phone’s keyboard and the power bi service.
Please create a support ticket via below link and our relevant personnel will help to handle it.

Hi @Tabular_laurel1 ,
I am not surprised to see that you are seeing this issue while accessing. dashboard on phone via browser.
There is a reason why we have Apps compatible with mobile devices 🙂
I just tried doing this at my end and I agree it is a pain and will never advise anyone to do this.
If you are using a mobile device, then you should only use Power BI App compatible with the mobile devices not in the browser.
Thanks,
Pragati
