Unable to re-create bar chart within Power BI

Dear community,   I dispair of rebuilding a bar chart within Power Bi that was initially built within Excel and would highly appreciate your kind support.    Here is the bar chart I try to rebuil...

    Hi,

    Select all columns other than the 4 columns you alluded to.  Right click and select "Unpivot Other Columns".  Rename the Attribute and value columns.  Now create your visual.
