Unable to publish reports using publish to Web option

Hi,

Last week I have created one report using PBI desktop and published it on PBI service. Later I shared the publish to Web url to users. So any users were easily access the reports without any credentials.

But now that same url is not working for any of them. Users are unable to see that public url and even though tenant setting of publish to Web url is also enabled in admin portal.

Yestersy, I have deleted that embed code url from manage embed code option but after that I again publish the same report on same workspace but still issue is persist. Even I can see publish to Web url option on others report on same workspace.

Any lead would really appreciated as I'm on urgent and aggressive time and get it done as soon as I can.

When I check the Embed code so no link is visible there. It is showing nothing in manage embed codes option.

What if I deleted my embed code link from "Manage embed code" option and will I able to share the same report again using "Publish to web" option?

Do you mean the option works well in other reports under the same workspace, but not be able to work on the specific report? If this happens, there could be several reasons:

• Reports using row level security.

• Reports shared to you directly or through an organizational content pack.

• Reports in a group in which you are not an edit member.

• Exporting Data from visuals in a report, which has been published to the web

• Reports containing report-level DAX measures

Thanks for your reply. Yeah Publlish to web option is visible in other reports under same workspace but only intended report there is no such option. 

The limitation which you mentioned so non of them are not exhibit in my report.

Actually I have deleted that embed code from "Manage embed code " option. So, is there restriction that you can publish the web URL again after deleting it ?

If you can still edit the report, I'd like to suggest you republishing the report to test the option.
