Hi,
I'm trying to connect to a jira based connector URL using a Jira personal access token in basic authentication form. But I'm getting an error "We couldn't authenticate with the credentials provided. Please try again." while connecting.
Scenarios tried,
Can anyone help me in resolving this issue or do I need to follow any futher steps to connect through Jira Personal Access Token?

Thanks for your quick reply. The issue is with the Jira DC instance. I previously attempted to provide the username but it threw the same error as shown in the screenshot.

Regarding the issue you raised, my solution is as follows:
1.Based on your screenshot information, I do not see any content in the username section. Please ensure that you correctly enter the email address associated with your Jira Cloud instance in the User name field. In the Password field, enter the access token you created as the password.
