I'm trying to log in to my Power BI account via remote area (Windows Server), however this error message appears after entering my login:
Unable to enter
Encounter an error when trying to log in. Detail: WAM Error
Error code: 3400007680
Error Message: No Network
WAM error message: (pii)
Internal error code: 557973641
Possible cause: no internet connection
How can this be resolved?
I already checked the registry editor and tried uninstalling and installing it too, but nothing helped

Hi @Lucas_Arthur,
Can you logon to the Power BI service with the same account?
And is the traffic redirected on that server, in other words do you have any kind of proxy service in place?
If that is the case it would be good to analyze the below (similar type of issue, different application):
https://github.com/AzureAD/microsoft-authentication-library-for-dotnet/issues/4721
First thing I would suggest to check if the same account works with Power BI desktop on a different machine (preferably not a Windows server but a laptop/desktop). But not sure if you have the option to test that? If that works, it is probably related to the setup of the server.

Hi @Expiscornovus!
I was able to log in to another desktop, I believe it is not possible to use BI on the Windows SERVER operating system, only on operating systems for common users (Windows 10,11, etc.)
