Is there a way to show legend even if there is no data. I have cards representing number count for the legend but the format is distorted as the legend position moves dynamically with filters.

Only thing I can think of is to put your legend in a separate visual with not interactions with other visuals.

Used ChicletSlicer and removed interaction with other slicers and that now I have even better visual than before. Thanks to @Greg_Deckler
