Unable to load model

Hello,

 

When I try to access one of the dashboards I got the below message and cannot view the content. Could you please help me resolve this issue.

    Hi MAleksandrova ,

     

    Too limited information to fix this problem. But you can follow these steps to check it.

    1 what is the connection mode of your dataset? Does the gateway work fine?

    2 Did you get the access to the report from the admin?

    3 Connect the dataset admin to check the RLS was configured right, if your account address is not right, you will get an error like this.

    Or you can republish the dataset to solve this problem.
