Unable to load data when using Desktop version

Hi users,

I currently cannot pull through data from the "Power BI datasets" option when using the desktop app. See attached of the error that pops up.

I am able to access the datasets when using the online version.Annotation 2022-01-06 095151.jpg

Hi @Anonymous

Try this,

vxiaotang_1-1641799083885.pngvxiaotang_2-1641799109121.png

select the Database with the bad credentials, click Edit Permissions, you can choose to sign in with a different account. Once you put in valid credentials for the database then you will be able to open the .pbix file.
