Unable to load data when using Desktop version

Hi users, 

 

I currently cannot pull through data from the "Power BI datasets" option when using the desktop app. See attached of the error that pops up. 

 

I am able to access the datasets when using the online version.

    Hi Anonymous 

    Try this, 

    select the Database with the bad credentials, click Edit Permissions, you can choose to sign in with a different account. Once you put in valid credentials for the database then you will be able to open the .pbix file.

    Anonymous , It is giving error for windows auth. If you are using power bi dataflow, you should use a power bi app login .
