I have a dashboard uploaded to a premium workspace (from my account as a PRO user). It results from a composite model, I currently use 3 datasets for the same dashboard. My problem is that certain users are not allowed to see the data within the dashboard, with the following error
I was reading that it could be solved with delete cache, update and test, in my case it does not work.
It generates a lot of doubt since the users who can see all the data of the dashboard are standard users (neither PRO nor Premium), and have the same permissions as the users who cannot see. Could you help me with an idea that could solve the problem?
Likewise! I managed to solve by assigning viewer permissions to all the datasets I used. Thank you!
If your company uses Power BI Premium then you should share via the apps instead.
If you include datasets from other workspaces in your dataset then all your users must have access to your app AND to the apps of these workspaces AND they must have installed those apps as a one time action (unless all apps are set to auto install which is very much not recommended).
