Unable to load data for this visual power bi

Hello everyone, everything good?

I need help because something strange is happening in my report.

I have a report that works perfectly in Power BI desktop and Power BI Service, the visuals load, the filters are applied, everything is fine.

But when publishing publicly, a matrix (the default Power BI matrix, it is not an imported visual) starts giving an error and bringing the following message:

My internet connection is ok, so much so that I published the report.

But I've already changed networks to be sure, and the error persists.

By clicking on details we have:

Has anything like this ever happened to you?

Hi,

Thanks for the solution @vicky_  provided, and i want to offer some more information for user to refer to.

hello @ErickReris ,based on your description, you are publishing the report to webh, it has some limitations when publishing to web.

a. it is not support rls.

b.Reports connecting to data using DirectQuery.

and so on, you can refer to the following link to check that if your report use the limitations.

There's a few possible issues that I can think of -

firstly, the visual has timed-out (so you'll need to either filter your report to include less data, or optimize your dax). Or, one of the data-sources broke - go into the Data source credentials and make sure that everything looks OK there. You can also try creating a blank matrix / table visual and slowly adding in fields / dimensions until something breaks to help narrow down the exact data source that's giving you issues.
And lastly, sometimes that has happened to some of my users when I was using a composite model (i.e connected to a different existing powerBI dataset on service), but they did not have permissions to other datasets.

Hi, thanks for your suggestion. I will test the methods you raised, but it is strange because the data set is not large to affect the visual processing in this way. I will test it and provide feedback on what is returned.

the dataset have just 3 milion lines.

And about dax expressions, in that table i only made divisions expressions
