Unable to load data due to OLE DB or ODBC error (BigQuery)

Hello everyone,

Currently I am having a very anoying bug that is keeping me up at night. I've been running soms reports for quite a while now and for the past few days i'm running into the error below. I haven't changed anything in the datasource and my account is admin in all projects (also didn't change). I've tried reconnecting. Even new rapport is not a possibility.

According to the error it does not have a permission in a project (Central Ruler). Strange thing is that  I am not even getting any data from this project. So it need a permission i cannot understand.

What can be the issue here? Had this in the past, but was cleared by a miracules reason. But now I can't seem to get rid of it.
