Unable to install PowerBi Desktop on Windows 10 64bit

Hi,

when i try to install the PowerBi Desktop 64 bit version on my Windows 10 PC ( 64 bit) i get the following error towards the end of the installation process during the creating folders stage: i am a local admin user and it is a standalone PC running Windows 10
