Unable to get data from Azure Cosmos in Power Bi Desktop: Web.Contents failed to get contents (404)

Yes,what I mean is that I can get to the screen asking for the key,normally,such screens appears means that you can access to the data if you have the right key.

As I dont have an account for Cosmos Mongo DB ,I cant reproduce your senario, but after checking the post you shared,it seems that it's an API issue,as someone has replied : MongoDB API configuration for CostmosDB is not currently supported as a PowerBI connector. However, SQL API and Gremlin API configurations are supported.

Would you pls check whether the method below will work?
