Unable to export to PowerPoint

 

 

Hi I am no longer able to export to my reports to PowerPoint. I am recieving the following error.

 

Unable to export to PowerPoint
We couldn't export your report to a PowerPoint file
Please try again later or contact support. If you contact support, please provide these details.

Hi @zenton,

 

I have made a test to export the report to Power Point, everything works well. 

 

You could try to the ways below.

 

 1. You could try to use other Browsers.

 

 2. If you have the option " Edit report", you could try to change report to Edit mode ,then File ——Export to Power Point which works for others.

 

 3. Is it an error in the export of individual report or all of the reports? If it occurs in individual case, you should check if there is any custom visual in the report, you could try to export the report with removing the custom visual.

 

 4. There are some limitations. Please check them out referring to service-publish-to-powerpoint#limitations
