Unable to edit tables in Semantic Model

The button to edit tables in one of my Semantic Models is grayed out for me. I am not able to click on it and neither is a co-worker of mine. Hovering over the button does not show anything. Not sure...

    Oh... you have to click on a table for it be clickable. That is weird.

I was facing same issue. But in my case I forgot to select the any table which makes this option disabled. And there is one more limitation that if the semantic model is a linked dataset, it is read-only.
