Unable to drill using a hierarchy under a matrix

I am going through the dashboard in a day exercise, and at the step where I am supposed to drill down the product hierarchy under the matrix for the urban category it is not allowing the drill down even though I have the drill mode set to on.  What am I missing or doing wrong?

When you say dashboard, do you mean “dashboard”?  If it is a dashboard, you can’t drill through. You need to be in a report
