Unable to display Total value

Hi guys,
Im expected to show my latest month sales in the Card visual and Table total column.
In my clustered column chart can show the latest sales but in my  Card visual and Table total column shows nothing. 
I need some one to really help me with this. Im frustrating on this. Really takes me very long time and still remain unsolved.

Since we no clear for your data structure, can you please share some dummy data, Dax formula and expected result to test?

Datesytd, if there is no filter will stop at the last date of the calendar and calculate from there. When you view by the time it shows based on the time present in table and visual.

So put a filter in card visual. If you drag a date in the visual level filter. You can use a relative date to stop it on today.
