Unable to disable drill down and drill up in Matrix

I have a matrix visual.  I want to disable the ability for a user to right click on the matrix visual and select drill down and drill up.  I went to Options and turned off the option for Stepped layout, but that didn't disable it.   I also set the following settings in the screenshot to 'Off', but the ability still is there, even after I publish the dashbord to the PBI service.  Is there a way to disable/gray out the drill up  and drill down?

Hi, @ldwf

You need to publish the report to Power BI Service and then you will see that these features are gone:

In My Power BI Desktop:

In Power BI Service:

@v-jianpeng-msft  I did indicate in my post that I published it to the service.  Unfortunately, the drill down and drill up features are still enabled

Hi, @ldwf

If you have enabled the following option in your Power BI desktop settings, your icon settings will be ignored:

You can uncheck it in Power BI Desktop, or follow these steps in Power BI Service:

I did disable the Use the Model Visual Header option per your screen shot, but unfortunately the options to drill down and drill up are still appearing and functioning
