Unable to create support ticket and share file to prospect

Hello Everyone,

Greetings!

I am new user of Power BI and facing some problem while using Power BI, below are my issues.

1. Unable to create the Power BI support ticket where in am persuing Power BI trail version and unable to purchase the pro account in order to get the direct support from Power BI executive. Do i need to persue the trail version then will i be able to get the Pro version? Bit consufed pls suggest the suitable answer.

2. I have uploaded coulpe of file to Power BI with the file size: 400000 and wherein its uploading the complete file 400k but while exporting i am unable to get the complete report, Its limit with 30k data/records. Please assist.

3. Once we upload the file to Power BI the fields name showing as column1, coilumn2 etc. Is their any option to change the column1 to custome column name Ex: column1 _ Name and column2_Address etc.

4. After having Power BI trail version, I am unable to share my files to another prospect, does prospect needs to have Power BI account? Please assist how to share the files and How prospect can access the files.

Hi,

1. We can't create support ticket with pro trail version. 

2. There are some limitations with exporting data. You should have pro version which has the limitation of 150000 of xlsx type.

3. Do you mean the Desktop? We can't manipulate dataset in PBI Service. Two hints here: a) Translate the range area into table if your data are in Excel. b) Edit it in Query Editor, click “Use First Row As Headers”.

4. Unless you publish your report to the web, other recipients have to have a Power BI account. If the shared contents have pro contents, the recipients have to have a pro license too. There are many ways to share.

1. If work with colleges, an app workspace is a good idea.
2. If recipients only need to view, sharing the dashboard would be good.
3. If recipients aren’t limited, publishing to web would be good.
4. A content pack is also a good idea if share in the internal organization. The latest version of content pack is APP.
