For troubleshooting

  • Is your Power BI Desktop up to date?
  • Try deinstalling Desktop and reinstalling it?

    This is really odd behaviour

     

    Let's persist.

    • Go to options > Global > Data Load > Clear Casche
    • Go to options > Current File > Data Load > Relationships have your setting like this

       

      If that fails have you tried Autodetect? This will work if teh column names are the same in the tables
