Unable to connect

I have a data connection to an Azure Database for PostgreSQL single server. A few months ago, I connected to this successfully & created a report from this. I am still able to refresh that report successfully today.

However, when I attempt to create a new data connection to the same database using the exact same connection settings I get an error. I am able to connect to that database successfully on the same machine using Azure data studio without problem.
