    Alrighty...Finally got it to work.

     

    Installed 64bit runtime client 12.2. Then installed ODAC122010_x64. INTO THE SAME ORACLE HOME. 

     

    By default ODAC tries to install itself into a new Oracle Home. Which doesn't work.
