Unable to connect to PostgreSql database using Power BI

Hello,

I encounter a problem when trying to use Power BI postgresql connector to connect to a Postgresql database.

When I'm trying to use this connector, I have a box with the message:

To use this connector, you must first install one or more additional components

 I've download and install the latest version of NpgSql (3.2.7) but no change, the same error occur even after restarting my computer.

Please help.
