Unable to connect my solarwind database to SentryOne Power BI Content Pack

Hello Everyone,

I have downloaded sentryone Power BI content pack from their website.

as per the instructions I just need to change the parameters. and will connect automatically. but in real time I m not able to connect the database to the power bi file

In Manage parameters, for Database, I M using my DB name something like SKR-SCTSOLAR\SOLARWINDS

, and server instance as IP address

I m getting below error
Microsoft SQL: A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: Named Pipes Provider, error: 40 - Could not open a connection to SQL Server

can someone please help me to connect this data

@jeffrock , Make sure you are able to connect to DB/system using the same details

also check for the second setting
