Unable to connect localhost MySQL from PBI

I cannot connect MySQL (build on local) from PowerBI. Environment info :

　　Windows Server 2019

　　.Net Framework 4.8

　　mysql-connector-net-8.0.16

　　PBI Desktop v2.116

　　MySQL 8.0.33
