Unable to connect POWER BI to MySQL DB

Hi,

I am unable to connect Mysql DB with Power BI, we have already installed Mysql connector and Mysql Workbench but still not connecting. Is there anyway to resolve this issue?

Hi @Anonymous ,

As far as I know, Power BI support us to connect to MySQL directly by MySQL database connector directly.

Please you have install MySQL correctly in your local.

You may need to check whether the server name, the database name and the password you use is correct.

@Anonymous I think I've only ever gotten this to work using DB credentials. Is that what you are using?
