Unable to connect MYSQL database
Hi Team,
I am unable to connect the MYSQL server from Power bi and i am getting error like "MYSQL :Reading from the stream has failed". I am able to connecting MYSQL through backend. Could you please tell me how to achive this with out changing server secuirity settings.
I am connecting servername like : 10.157.19.199:90 (My port number has changed from default port 3306 to 90)

You could try to connect via ODBC.

Thank you v-lili6-msft . I have already tried throuh ODBC connection but connection is not success and it is giving error like “Got an error reading communication packet”.
Due to security issues may be server side they are used the firewalls.
