I'm trying to connect to an excel file but cannot establish a new data source.
It's been quite frustrating as I've done this in the past and it worked. The error message reads: Credentials provided are invalid. I tried the entire email and also take the domain out but none of this works. I noticed there is quite a few asks but not really a solution how to overcome this issue... Does anyone know? Thank you.
@Anonymous looks lke you are using onedrive, is it for business or personal?

@parry2k Yeah, I used personal because in the past that was the only location that I got to work.
This time I am using local drive but getting the same error about credentials.
@Anonymous I believe you are using personal gateway, you don't need to create data source, on dataset (after report is published), change which gateway to use and it should work.

@Anonymous well based on your setup that is the option you have, or you put your file on onedrive for business and then that will work without personal gateway.

@parry2k i don't think we are on the same page.
I cannot switch from personal because it won't let me to configure the path for the file. I tried to put the file on enterprise one drive and also local drive , neither works for same reason - invalid credentials,the error message I sent early.
