Hi,
I am trying to add conditional formatting to data labels. Unfortunately, it's showing for one chart. But for another chart, it doesn't show up.
Both the metrics are in % values only, they are not text formatted. I tried changing the metrics as well but it doesn't show up.

Please check that you applied these steps :
1. selected the wanted measure the bars/line:
2. The conditional formatting rule that you applied is based on the numeric value, not percents
Then you will get the desired result :
