Unable to cancel my power BI subscription

I need urgent help to can my Power BI Pro subscriptions. i am unable to do it from last 1 year and paying this without using this and its not allowing me to enter the M365 only but getting invoices every month .

To cancel a subscription you can do it through the M365 admin center or through the Azure portal: View and manage Power BI user licenses - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
