Unable to apply Conditional formatting in any graphs

Hi,   I am surprised not to find fx or three dots near any of the color formatting options when i chose bar graphs/stack bar/column charts. Was there any recent update that has changed the options?...

    sujitjena , Once you use a legend , you can not use conditional formatting.
