Unable to access Visualization pane on Desktop when visual is selected.

Hi!  I cannot access the Visualization pane on Desktop when a line chart visual is selected.  I only see the Build pane.  I'm grateful for any help you can provide.

@Ohappyday, There is a separate pane(Format) for that in the New UIs . Enable that from View and then from the right pane
