Unable to access Q&A

Hello community,   I am unable to access Q&A neither with the double click on the canvas nor with a ctrl+E shortcut. But able to use it from the insert tab in the menu bar.   Could someone please...

Hi Max19 ,

The keyboard shortcut is “Ctrl + ?” instead of “Ctrl + E”.

Yeah. My bad. It is working but the double click was not working.

    Hi Max19 ,

    As you mentioned earlier, turn off “On-Object interaction”. May be since this feature is in preview, creating Q&A visual  by double-clicking is not supported.

      Yeah. I felt the same. I will have to turn-off the preview feature to access Q&A on double click. But, currently I do not have use with Q&A. On-object interaction is something I would want to have always which is pretty helpful for me.

      I hope someone from microsoft to please take a note of this issue.
