Unable to Update Power BI

I don't get the update notification and I couldn't enable the update notification check box option as shown on the below screen capture. Is there any solution for this?

Hi @sekinod ,

Please check whether your version of your power bi desktop has been upadted to latest(2.87.684.0 Novemeber 2020), you can find the version by Files -> About.

If the version is latest, this update option is grey by default, when a new version is published, it will be abled to select.

For example, in my environment, there are two versions of desktop(November and March)

When I open the Novemeber version, the update option is the same as yours.

When I open the March version, the update option is available and you can find the update remind in the bottom right corner of power bi desktop

In addition, if you download power bi desktop from windows store, it will update automatically when necessary; if you download power bi desktop from Microsoft web, you may need to update it manually, download link is here:
