Unable to Update On-Premise Data Gateway

I currently have the October 2022 version of the data gateway (standard) installed on my virtual machine running Windows 11.  I have reason to believe it is causing an issue with refreshing some new datasets that are mapped to it.  I am no attempting to update to the latest version, but the install always hangs.  The only way I was able to get out of the loop is to reboot, uninstall, then revert back to the old install file I had from 2022. 

Now I'm attempting to update again and the progress just stops about half-way in and sits there for hours.  It locks up my gateway such that I can't do any refreshes unless I terminate the process and reboot the virtual machine.

I was able to install the latest gateway on a different virtual machine running Windows Server 2012.

Is this a Windows 11 issue with the current gateway release?  Anyone experienced similar with any suggestions?
