Unable to Sign in to Desktop

Hello,

I have generated a report on the desktop and wanted to publish it to the service. However, I can't seem to login to the desktop to do this. I do have a license on my work email and I log in to the service just fine. When I try to sign in on the desktop, all it does is freeze for a little bit and then do nothing. It doesn't display any error message and doesn't sign me in. Any help would be appreciated! I really want to get this report published.
