Unable to Save Changes in PBIX File when shared

Yes, the issue has been resolved. It had to do with the outdated version of PBI my supervisor had. He deleted it and reinstall the app and now he is able to edit and I published it as the steward for the online APP.
I appologize it took so long to respond.

OneDrive editing rights won't fix this. PBIX files can't be co-authored or saved back through OneDrive like Excel can.
Have your boss download a local copy, edit, and save on his own machine, then send it back. For real collaboration, use PBIP format with Git or a shared Premium/Fabric workspace.
Can he do that from the PBI App or does he need to access the Workspace? Please advice
