Unable to Retrieve JSON documents properly || EMERGENCY

While Transforming MongoDB's JSON documents in PowerBI  to create report, Unable to Transform certain type of Data's....

For example I'm trying to transforming this data into normal table in PBI 

 

 

But Columns of Subdocument Id fields ( In mongodb this Id field was kept in a subdocument to give relationship with the related second table ) Returns the value like this

 

 

In this column of PrescriberIds, only 60% of the rows have the exrated ID data but some Row's of ID data was again retrievec as Record. And Unable to Transform this Record data type and retrieve it Data's due to only some of the rows having this Record data type.

Please Someone guide me how to Transform this, due to this issue my report is stuck here....
