Unable to Refresh BigQuery Data Source In March 2024 Version of Power BI

Hi Community,

I am having issues refreshing a report that uses a Google BigQuery data source. The refresh was working until early March 2024 when we suddendly got the error message below without doing any change to underlying report or the data pipeline.

It should be noted that the there is no reference to the term "ITBL" in any of the queries in the report. Strangely, I am able to refresh the data in the February 2024 version of Power BI, but not in the March 2024 version of Power Bi, nor in the Power BI hosted workspace. This leads me to believe that there was an update within Power BI that is causing this issue. Has anyone experienced this issue before or knows how to address it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
