When trying to Publish from PowerBi Desktop, One of our users is getting the following message below. They originally had a Pro License and it wasn't a problem by mistake this got changed to a Free Licence this is when the message then started appearing. So changed it back to a Pro Licence but they are still unable to Publish. They have tried signing out of PowerBi and back in but made no difference.
Any ideas as to where the problem could be
I have gone through your steps and as stated above, the user does have a pro license assigned to them. and only a pro one and not free.
Hi, @Anonymous
If the problem persists, it is recommended to create a support ticket to let MS engineers look into the issue on your side.
