Unable to Open

I've downloaded PowerBI desktop but I can't open it as it floats an error message saying "We weren't able to connect to the model". I've tried everything i.e. run with administrator, installed both versions i.e. 64 and 32 and clean boot. But all in vein. I need someone to address this. Any help is highly respected.

    Very strange, what OS are you running? How much memory do you have?

      Thanks for your reply Greg_Deckler. I've attached details of OS amd memory for your reference. Any help and question in this regard will be highly appreciated.

        Hi dharmendra9790 ,

         

        The issue may be that the computer memory is too small to open the. Pbix file.

        Try opening this file on a computer with more memory to see if it will succeed.
