Hi community friends, I got an error message when I tried openning a power bi document. Any thought?

If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".

You may try to check your Power BI Desktop downloaded by Microsoft Store instead of Power BI official site and update the version to the latest one. Then you can try the following steps:
1. Found a .pbix that would open as expected
2. Opened .pbix archive with 7-zip
3. Right-clicked [Content_Types].xml and selected Edit
4. Selected all text and copied
5. Repeated steps 1-3 on .pbix that wasn't working
6. Selected all text and pasted
7. Save and select to also save in archive if 7-zip prompts you for this

One other long shot, try copying your PBIX to a ZIP file. Run a ZIP repair tool and then copy back to a PBIX file.
