A coworker of mine recently created report in Power BI Desktop. He is now receiving the error, "[Filepath].pbix is incompatible with your current version of Microsoft Power BI Desktop. Please install the latest version and try opening the document again." Our IT department manages the version of Power BI desktop that the company uses. Currently, we are using version 2.67.5404.581 64-Bit (March 2019). I have verified that the user who created the report was on this version when he created the report and he is still on it now. I am also on this version, and I cannot open the report. According to the user, he published the report the the Power BI Client, closed desktop, and then when he tried to open it again, it produced this error. Has anyone else experienced this issue before? Or does anyone know how to resolve it short of upgrading all users in our company to a newer version?

hi, @Anonymous
I think the best way to update to the latest version (Version:2.70.5494.761), then try it again
